Referral Disclosure
Neither inspecting properties nor carrying out the work described is something Pest Control Folsom does, being an independent referral website. The relationships behind it are explained in this disclosure, so you know who does what before you call about pest control in Folsom, California.
Independent referral role
Properties are not inspected, and the work described is not performed, by Pest Control Folsom, an independent referral website. Findings, proposed method, agreement and completed work are the responsibility of your chosen provider.
Availability and pricing
The provider confirms the property address, requested work, appointment availability, inspection charges and full price. A listed location or website enquiry does not guarantee a visit or a result.
Commercial relationships
The website may receive compensation for eligible referrals from the providers it refers to. The compensation does not change the information published on the website and does not change the price a provider quotes you.
Calls and requests
Your calls and requests may be handed to an independent provider, and calls may be recorded or monitored either by that provider or by call-handling tools. See the privacy page for how the website treats the form details you enter, and ask the provider directly about its own recording and consent practices.
What we do not claim
- That an online request replaces an inspection
- That a listed ZIP code guarantees an appointment
- That reviews, ratings or awards on other sites reflect a provider shown here
- That any provider is licensed, insured, bonded or guaranteed unless the provider has confirmed it in writing
Your decision
Comparing providers, asking for supporting findings and declining a proposal are all open to you. Before authorizing work, confirm credentials, scope, exclusions and follow-up directly with the business, and for licences start with California Structural Pest Control Board; California Department of Pesticide Regulation.

Questions to put to any provider about this relationship
- Who is the person or company that will sign the agreement and perform the work?
- Do you pay for the requests you receive, and does that affect your quote?
- What will you put in writing before work starts?
- What are your licence and insurance details, and where can I verify them?
- Is your business independent of this website, and how are you connected to it?
Records worth keeping
Date, provider, scope, charge and guarantees: record when you used Call Now or sent the form, who responded, what the written scope says, any assessment charge and the guarantees offered. If a charge is disputed later, or you have to prove what was promised, those records help.
How this disclosure is kept up to date
The disclosure is reviewed when the referral arrangements, the way calls are handled or the information on the website changes. If the relationship between the website and its providers changes in a way that matters to you, this page is updated to say so.
Common questions
Does the website get paid?
It may receive compensation for eligible referrals from providers. That does not change your price or the information shown.
Is the provider an employee of the website?
No; each provider is its own independent business.
Can I choose a different company?
Yes, comparing any providers and declining any proposal is up to you.
Does the website check every provider?
No; check licences with the regulator and insurance with the insurer yourself.
Who is responsible if the work goes wrong?
Whoever performed it: the provider. Because Pest Control Folsom is a referral website, it takes no part in the agreement between you and the provider.
Can I ask the provider how it is connected to this website?
You may ask the provider what its relationship with the website is and what it will charge you, and you remain free to decline and pick another business.
Does the compensation change what I pay?
No effect on what this website says. Get a written scope and price from the provider, then set it beside other quotes if you like.
Where can I read about my details?
Look at the privacy page for what the form collects, who gets it and how long providers may hold it.
Do I have to go with the first provider that calls?
Not at all; questions, comparison with another business and declining the proposal are all open to you.
Is the provider shown on this website an endorsement?
Suitability for every property is not something the website endorses in any provider. Check credentials and the written scope, then decide for yourself.
Why does this website exist?
To give homeowners clear information about pest control in Folsom and a simple way to reach independent providers. It is paid through referrals, which this page discloses.
Do providers pay to be listed?
Compensation for eligible referrals may reach the website, which does not publish a ranked directory of businesses.
